Savings Methodology
How the savings estimate is calculated
The calculator compares listing-side fee assumptions only. It uses a 0.50% brokerage fee charged by Aire LLC (AireBrokers) where licensed, or by your assigned partner broker if applicable, against a traditional listing-side commission assumption of 2.75%.
The 2.75% figure is the midpoint of a typical 2.5-3% listing-side commission range. It is an assumption for illustration, not a market rate, price recommendation, or guarantee of savings.
Buyer-agent compensation, title charges, escrow fees, taxes, repairs, concessions, and other closing costs are separate and are not included in the savings estimate. Buyer-agent compensation is optional and negotiable.
OnMLS is a listing preparation platform, not a brokerage. Listings are not active on the MLS until the applicable licensed broker of record reviews, approves, and submits the listing for MLS acceptance.
