Preparing your listing takes about 15 minutes. From your dashboard, click "Create New Listing" and follow the guided steps: enter the property address, basic details, description, and upload photos.

You will need: the property address, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage, lot size (for houses), year built, and a written description. All details can be reviewed before submission.

Upload at least 5 high-resolution photos. We recommend 20–30 photos covering all rooms, exterior, and any unique features. Listings with more photos receive significantly more views.

Once you submit your materials, a licensed broker reviews your listing for MLS compliance and submits it to your local MLS. Your listing is not live until broker approval and MLS acceptance are complete. MLS activation timelines vary by market.

Brokerage services provided by your assigned licensed broker, a licensed brokerage. OnMLS is a technology platform that facilitates MLS listings through our licensed brokerage partner. Buyer-agent commission is separate, optional, and negotiable.
