With the Free plan, there are no monthly subscription fees or setup costs. The 0.50% brokerage fee is collected only when your home successfully closes — nothing is owed if your home does not sell.

Because the brokerage fee is collected only at closing, there is nothing to pay until your home sells. If your home does not sell, no fee is owed.

You get MLS listing submission via your assigned licensed broker, AI virtual staging tools, a dashboard to track showing requests, and platform support — all included at no upfront cost.

Any optional add-ons (such as professional photography packages) are clearly priced and optional. The core listing service remains free until closing.

Brokerage services provided by your assigned licensed broker, a licensed brokerage. OnMLS is a technology platform that facilitates MLS listings through our licensed brokerage partner. Buyer-agent commission is separate, optional, and negotiable.
